I collaborate closely with project leads, the consortium, and communication teams at UiT, NORCE, and AWI.

My role involves managing daily operations, organizing events, overseeing internal and external communication, and driving project strategies. I also engage with stakeholders, support dissemination activities, coordinate project reporting and budgeting, and ensure smooth information flow within the consortium and among collaborators.

Prior to this, I worked as:

  1. Project Coordinator for the Directors of iC3 at the Department of Geosciences, UiT The Arctic University of Norway, helping to coordinate and oversee several of the directors projects, including:
    - iC3 associated projects, such as setting up the iC3 Field School and Centre Roadmap;
    RCN FRIPRO project METALLICA - Meltwater release of heavy meTALs from gLacIer to ocean in a Changing Arctic.

  1. Temporary Centre Manager (April-June 2023) for iC3: Centre for ice, Cryosphere, Carbon and Climate

  2. Researcher in Palaeoglaciology/Marine Geology at UiT (2018-2022), focusing on an array of projects, including reconstructing the marine-based parts of the Barents-Fennoscandian Ice Sheet and investigating subglacial hydrological systems and ice stream retreat patterns in the Barents Sea since the Last Glacial Maximum. PhD was completed at UiT August 2018.

I am an active member of the Department of Geosciences JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) group and was the co-lead for this group from January 2024-January 2025.
